NOK 53,000 received from sponsor, prof. emeritus Robert "Bob" Jaeger

Bob, together with his partner Kaaren (1/4 Norwegian), asked at the end of October last year to visit the W-house. This is out of season, but our board chairman Eli kindly offered to be our guide. Bob taught philosophy at Yale in the 70s, and had had a long-standing dream of Skjolden.

Bob and Kaaren were fascinated by seeing the W-house and learning about the foundation and their idealistic work. This resulted in him wanting to support us and our initiatives further. He asked for an overview of financial needs and he received a list of budgets for 6 different projects we have underway.

This resulted in the generous sponsorship. With his expressed interest in our further work, we have established a close and constructive dialogue with Bob, very inspiring for the future.
